The Educator/Sponsor should complete a separate form FOR EACH TEAM that intends to participate in the Foothills Film Festival.  Registration deadlines are October 15, 2009 EXTENDED to November 2, 2009 and January 7, 2010.  Cost per team is $300 and will be invoiced upon receipt of registration information.
