Students must complete the Hepatitis B form and give a copy of this form to Mrs. Burchfield at M.H.S. 3. Students must apply for the Dual Enrollment Grant. This can be completed on this site, or students may click on the site listed below. Students should also give a copy of the grant application to Mrs. Burchfield at M.H.S. 4. In order to receive the $300.00 dual enrollment grant, students must complete the dual enrollment grant application. This must be done on-line, and the link is found below. Students must complete this grant application themselves as there are security questions that must be answered. Students must complete the grant for Fall/2013, and the college to which the grant should be sent should be Roane State Community College. Please complete the grant application completely and accurately. It is difficult to make changes. Remember, this is not $300.00 for each class; it is a total of a $300.00 scholarship. After students have been admitted to Roane Sate and all documents have been submitted, including transcript, ACT scores, and Hepatitis B form, students must then establish a userid and a password for use in Roane State's Communication Portal. Instructions for establishing a userid and password will be provided to students after they have been accepted to Roane State.
